Staff networking groups are discussion forums, and safe spaces, where our staff members who share a particular characteristic can come together to share your experiences, raise awareness and support each other.

Current groups:

• Welsh speaking and listening: Iaith Gwaith
• Disability group
• LGBTQ+
• Menopause and menstruation
