Child / Young Person Survey

1.

What age bracket applies to you?

2.

What do you think about all children who are cared for by foster carers, kinship carers or are in residential homes under the age of 11 getting a certificate for doing really well in something or for putting in a lot of effort in something?

4.

If it is decided that children in care under 11 should receive some form of certificate, when should they receive it?

5.

If we are providing children under the age of 11 with certificates, what do you think we should give those young people aged 12 – 14?

6.

If we are providing our children under the age of 11 with certificates, what do you think we should give those young people aged 15+?

7.

If we have an activity day this year it is likely to be on Tuesday 28th October (half term). What time do you think would be best to hold it?

8.

It has already been decided that those aged 15+ will have some sort of event separate to the younger age group. For those young people aged 12 – 14 (school year 7, 8 & 9) which of the following statements do you agree with?

Thank you for your time!

We will endeavour to continue to consult with staff and carers along with children / young people to ensure we provide the best experiences for our children and young people.
