Bridgend Corporate Parenting Board's Children and Young People Achievement Awards 2024

Bridgend Corporate Parenting Achievement Awards 2024 – Nomination Form

The nomination form is for all children and young people aged 5 – 21years old who are either looked after by Bridgend County Borough Council or are care leavers from Bridgend County Borough Council.

There are 11 award categories for children and young people and we are asking for all those adults who provide care and support for our children and young people to nominate them as soon as possible so that we have plenty of time to plan for the awards event on Monday 28th October.

There is an additional award ‘Helping Hand Award’ for professionals to nominate an adult who has made an outstanding contribution to a young person/s – these nominations will be shortlisted by the youth forum leaving a select group of nominees to be awarded. Please note that children and young people will also have an opportunity to nominate adults too in a separate survey.

The final closing date for the award nomination is Wednesday 26th September. If you have any queries regarding your nomination or the awards, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Steve Berry, Corporate Parenting & Participation Officer – steve.berry@bridgend.gov.uk
